-Orders made before 2:00 pm Pacific Time (Los Angeles), will be shipped out that day,
-Orders made after 2:00 pm will be shipped out the following day. (Larger orders may take longer to ship out.)
-We use FedEx as our shipping carrier
-Costs vary depending on weight, size, and destination.
-There is a $3.00 handling fee on all shipments.
-Make sure your shipping address is correct before finishing your order. 
(We are not held any responsible for lost packages under the condition that the address buyers provided are wrong.)
-There is a $10.00 charge for changing the shipping address. (This is the fee that UPS charges.)
*We DO NOT ship to a P.O. Box address.

Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All returns must be as its condition; otherwise, your merchandise will NOT be accepted
-All returns must be notified and done within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise according to tracking number.
-Please contact us regarding any damaged items for a Return Authorization(RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company.
-Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number.
-There will be a 30% restocking fee for all returns unless defective or damaged.
-Defective or damaged merchandise will be noted as "Store Credit" to your account for future orders.
-We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Shipping Fee Refund
Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of 
We will only refund up to the price of "standard ground/economy" shipping. 

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
**There is a 15% restocking fee for any items that:
-Are returned without its original packaging.
-Are returned without a RA#.
-Are in perfect selling condition (No damages)
-Are returned past the grace period.

1. A Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained from customer service for all returns. The RA# must be written on the outside of the packaging. If Ra# is not visible or provided, package may get misdirected or returned back to you.
2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) being returned. Please indicate the reason for return.
3. Pack merchandise securely. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return.

-All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS (with delivery confirmation), UPS or FedEx.
-Urban X is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
-Returns must be shipped prepaid.
-We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
**Returns may take up to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Changes and Cancellations

But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.
Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
